Vacature: Inside Sales Employee UK

For our inside sales team, we want to build a strong and motivated team that is ready to provide the best service to our customers. Do you see opportunities and seize them immediately? Are you commercially adept and do you communicate powerfully? Then we have a permanent place for you in our team!

As a basic player you have affinity with installation technology and you know how to build a good relationship with the customer. Via chat, e-mail and phone, you are in contact with the customer about air handling units, WTW-units or bathroom ventilators. You know best how to inspire the customer and guide them flawlessly in their purchasing process. For you, the game is not over until the customer is completely satisfied!

What are you going to do?

  • You make our (potential) customers happy by providing the best service;
  • You respond proactively and commercially to customer demand;
  • You process orders that come in by phone, e-mail or through the field service;
  • You document the agreements made and keep a structured administration;
  • You stay up to date with the product range;
  • You process (return) shipments;
  • You follow up on quotations.

This you bring along:

  • Specific knowledge of ventilation products is an advantage, not a requirement! Our training program is aimed at giving you all the product knowledge and tools you need to make all customers happy;
  • Affinity with installation technology is required;
  • You have EQF thinking level 4 (MBO+ in Dutch);
  • Quick switching and keeping an overview are your strong points;
  • You speak native English, you are familiar enough with the English language to communicate with customers on the phone.
